PAYMENT POLICY: We accept either Visa or MasterCard, and a credit card is required for advance reservations. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the day of arrival and will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival will be charged the full room rate, unless we are able to resell the room(s). Payment is due upon check-in, and if you wish to pay by cash or travelers' checks instead, we will void your credit card charge upon receipt of your payment. We do not assess any charges on your credit card until the day of arrival. All room rates are based on single and/or double occupancy. Additional occupants in a room will be charged $10.00 per person, per night, with a maximum of four people per room. Several of our rooms (as described under rooms & rates) have a maximum occupancy of two people. Pets are allowed in selected rooms for an additional $15.00 per room, per night. Please see our pet policy. The El Rio Lodge is a non-smoking facility. Rates quoted currently on our website apply to our 2007 high season (April 1st to October 31st). ROOMS: Our rooms are modest in size, but big on value with comfortable beds. Save while you sleep and spend your money on food and fun. As for the views, they are truly spectacular and there is no added charge for them! Guest reviews available on TripAdvisor.com.
